We will set an appointment to meet with you at your home, discuss your vision, ask questions, and discuss the ultimate vision for your outdoor space. If you feel like we are a good fit and we are confident we can deliver on your project with excellence, we will begin prepping your drawings and official project proposal.
We will work up official drawings, proposals, and contracts for you to approve. Next, we will prep surveys and permits, receiving the necessary permissions from city/county offices. Finally, we will give a tentative start date for your project, and you will begin making the final decisions on the details and customizations for your outdoor living space.
The kick-off day has arrived! Your project will typically take 3-5 weeks to complete with the necessary supplies and sub-contractors. We will provide timely and clear communication throughout the process. If you have any questions, you can contact us directly. Once your project is complete, you will have a final walkthrough to ensure you are satisfied with our work.
We love to make the details stand out and believe in doing a job right the first time. Because of this, we keep our approach simple to ensure we have plenty of time to invest in quality craftsmanship. We build your project to last by using quality materials and no shortcuts. You will find we keep the workspace clean and never cut corners. We work hard to keep our word but hope to exceed your expectations.
We have a single team based in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina, and we work for one homeowner at a time. Our entire focus is your project once we begin. We believe in open and clear communication allowing us to be available throughout your project. We know the ins and outs of building in this beautiful state and the necessary steps to work within each county/city. We are just as invested as you are in making your vision a reality.
You want your project done right and have many questions to ensure that happens. Your questions are always welcomed and are never a burden. We are committed to giving you honest answers and not over-promising on something we cannot deliver. We will communicate if we think there is a better, more cost-effective way to accomplish your goal. However, if there is something we cannot do, we will communicate it up front and help you find someone who can.
